Dimitrios Drossos is an Associate Professor of the Department of Business Administration at the University of Western Attica.

He graduated from the Business Administration Department of TEI Piraeus. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff Metropolitan University - Cardiff School of Management and a PhD from the University of Piraeus - Department of Informatics.

For more than a decade he had a highly successful professional career in the private sector operating in large multinational companies. He has made a significant number of publications and presentations in scientific journals and conferences. His research activity is part of the scientific area of ​​Business Administration, Information Systems, E-Business, Multi-Criteria Analysis, Customer Satisfaction, Total Quality Management, Consumer Behavior and Human Resource Management.

He has significant experience in project submission and management. During the last years he has undertaken as a Business Consultant / Project Manager the implementation of a series of important projects in large companies - public and private sector organizations. He has organized a significant number of scientific sessions and workshops.
